Japan Producer Prices Rise 2.1% On Year In February

Producer prices in Japan were adult 2.1 percent on year in February, a Bank of Japan pronounced on Thursday.

That was bashful of expectations for an annual boost of 2.2 percent and down from 2.3 percent in January.

On a monthly basis, writer prices were prosaic after descending 0.3 percent a month earlier.

Individually, prices were somewhat aloft for communications services, transportation, postal activities, genuine estate, leasing and finance. Prices were down for promotion services.

The Services Producer Price Index (All equipment incompatible International transportation) also rose 2.1 percent on year.
